Your privacy is important to me. As your marriage celebrant, I receive personal and sometimes sensitive information so I can prepare your legal documents and create your ceremony. I treat this information carefully, respectfully and confidentially.

Details about your parents and any previous marriages

Information required to complete your legal marriage paperwork
Personal stories and information you choose to provide for your ceremony

I only collect information that is reasonably needed to provide my celebrancy services and meet my legal responsibilities as an authorised marriage celebrant.

Prepare your Notice of Intended Marriage and other legal documents

Prepare and personalise your wedding ceremony
Register your marriage with the appropriate Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

Your personal information will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Information will only be provided to the relevant Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages, government authorities or service providers where this is necessary to register your marriage, provide my services or meet a legal requirement.

Reasonable care is taken to protect your information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. Electronic records are stored using password-protected devices or systems, and physical documents are kept securely.

Legal marriage documents and associated records may need to be retained for periods required by law. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or destroyed where appropriate.

If you contact me through my website, email, telephone or social media, I will only use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and assist with your wedding plans.
