NOIM information

The information you provide will help me prepare your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).

The signed NOIM must be lodged with me at least one month, but no more than 18 months before your wedding date. Sending this information form is the first step. Once I receive this, I will complete your NOIM and we meet up to certify your ID, confirm your details and sign the NOIM together.

Please check all details carefully, particularly names, spelling, dates and places of birth. Use your full legal names, and if you are unsure about anything, please ask me before submitting your answers. It is a legal requirement to provide truthful information

After your wedding, I will submit your marriage paperwork to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages to register your marriage, so it is important that your details are correct.
